01 What is GHK-Cu?

A small peptide joined to copper. Your body makes it, and levels drop with age.

02 Does a capsule work as well as a serum or injection?

Honest answer: most GHK-Cu research is on skin creams, and research on capsules is still early. Many people use a capsule and a serum together.

03 How long until I see a difference?

Give it at least 3 months. Skin and hair take time.

04 Will it help me lose weight?

No. GHK-Cu is for skin and hair. It isn’t a weight-loss product.

05 Can I use it with retinol or vitamin C?

Yes. It’s a capsule, so it doesn’t touch your skin products.

06 Can I take other copper supplements with it?

Not unless your doctor says so.

07 Who should not take it?

Anyone under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding. Ask your doctor first if you have Wilson’s disease, a liver illness, or take medicine.

08 I’m a tested athlete. Can I take it?

GHK-Cu isn’t allowed under anti-doping rules (WADA). Don’t take it if you’re tested.

09 How do I take it?

On an empty stomach with water, as the label says.

10 How long does delivery take?

Standard courier delivery takes 3–5 working days, and outlying areas can take a little longer. Delivery is free on orders over R500. Smaller orders pay the standard courier fee shown at checkout.
