Returns Policy

Returns Period:
Customers can return unopened and unused supplements within 14 days of the original purchase date. We do not accept returns after this 14-day period.

Eligibility for Return:
To qualify for a return, products must be in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. The product should not be tampered with or damaged.

Return Courier:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure the returned item is received by us.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Goods:
If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our customer service team within 3 days. We will arrange for either a replacement or a refund, depending on stock availability.

Right to Refuse Returns:
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is not in its original condition or if the return guidelines are not followed.
