Delivery Policy

Delivery Period:
We strive to process all orders within 3-5 working days. However, delivery to outlying areas may take longer than 5 working days. If there are any delays or stock issues, we will communicate the expected delay to you.

Delivery Times:
Deliveries are made between 08:00 and 17:00 on weekdays (Monday - Friday). Please note that we do not make deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Conditions:
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please provide a valid street address where someone will be available to receive the parcel between 08:00 and 17:00. The courier service cannot offer specific delivery times. If you're unavailable, kindly provide an alternative address during checkout.

Product Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase will be the final price. We reserve the right to adjust prices as needed.

Courier Fees:
A flat courier fee of R99 applies to all orders under R599. Orders over R599 qualify for free courier delivery.
